For reports created by VSO, contact Volusia County Sheriff’s Office Central Records at 386-736-5962. In-person service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 123 W. Indiana Ave., Suite 401, DeLand, FL 32720. Written requests may be mailed to Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Attn: Records Section, P.O. Box 569, DeLand, FL 32721.
