A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Volusia County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules apply to the query it receives.

If you send an email or contact message, we retain the details needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message beyond our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
